Crafted in beautiful teak, the extendable round dining table showcases the elegant proportions, practical design and fine craftsmanship for which McIntosh is renowned.
The set includes four original teak dining chairs designed specifically for the table, allowing them to be neatly tucked underneath when not in use. Upholstered in its original black vinyl, the chairs provide a striking contrast to the warm tones of the teak while ensuring comfort for everyday dining.
Optional Upholstery Upgrade
For an additional £200 / 240€ you can choose to have the chairs upholstered in your preferred material. We have additional chairs in our workshop awaiting restoration and can offer a choice of high-quality Spradling vinyl or natural-fibre fabrics from Magenta Fabrics. This allows you to personalise the set to complement your interior.

An exceptionally rare and highly desirable complete set of eight Danish Mid-Century dining chairs, comprising six side chairs and two armchairs, designed by Kristian Solmer Vedel for the Modus collection and masterfully handcrafted by Søren Willadsen in Denmark during the 1960s.
Following our market research and verification, this is currently the only complete set of eight Kristian Solmer Vedel Modus chairs available on the market worldwide. Complete sets of this size and configuration are exceptionally difficult to find, making this a particularly special opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts of Danish design.
The chairs are beautifully crafted from solid rosewood, showcasing the rich colour, distinctive grain and sculptural quality for which this material is renowned. The frames are complemented by genuine black leather upholstery, creating an elegant contrast between the warm rosewood and deep black leather.
The entire set has been professionally restored, carefully sanded and refinished with natural oil to revive and protect the rosewood while preserving its original character and beautiful grain.
The set is also supplied with certificates documenting its design and provenance, adding further value and confidence for collectors.
