    Mcintosh Dunvegan Sideboard
    • This McIntosh sideboard was designed by Tom Robertson in Scotland for the Dunvegan collection, the designer’s most iconic collection.
      The sideboard has a central two-door cupboard with a shaped tray to accommodate taller items in our store, another cupboard on the right-hand side with a pull-out tray finished in melamine to permit lean drinks on it, and on the other extreme a bank with three drawers, the first drawer lined up for cutlery.

    Dining Set (McIntosh round extending table and chairs)

    Set of an extendable circular table and four chairs from the Scottish firm A.H. McIntosh & Co., created by Tom Robertson.

    This unique set, designed in the 1970s, features a table (model T21) with  solid teak legs and a teak design that stands out from the rest veneer top,

    It opens in the central part of the tabletop, revealing an additional butterfly-folded extension.

    The set is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. The four black vinyl chairs, specifically designed for this table, can be neatly folded under it, leaving a clean and uncluttered look.

    The table is £900 and each chair is £200

    John Herbert diseñó esta mesa de comedor extensible para A. Younger en Inglaterra en los años 60 para la galardonada colección Fonseca.

    La mesa está elaborada artesanalmente en madera de teca y afromosia. La mesa se caracteriza por la hermosa unión que une las patas con una sólida estructura que contiene el tablero.

    La mesa fue restaurada para revivir la madera de teca y fortalecer la estructura para una nueva larga vida; sin embargo, el equipo restaurador no pudo mejorar ni disimular más una pequeña ronda donde la madera de teca estaba dañada por el uso. Ampliar las fotos para apreciarlas, por favor.
