Originally designed by Tom Robertson in the 1960s and thoughtfully updated during the 1970s, the Dunvegan Sideboard combines the iconic design heritage of Scottish maker A.H. McIntosh with a more contemporary and refined appearance. The redesign introduced the elegant long legs seen in the Dunfermline and Dunbar collections, giving the piece a lighter visual presence while preserving the distinctive character of the original cabinet.
The sideboard retains its signature layout and practical features: a pull-out bar tray for entertaining, three spacious drawers for storage, and a central cupboard enclosing its beautifully shaped tray. Balancing clean lines, functionality, and exceptional craftsmanship, the Dunvegan Sideboard remains a celebrated design that seamlessly bridges mid-century warmth with a modern, elevated silhouette.
