Doing chairs

This elegant pair of armchairs was designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Thomas Havler and expertly handcrafted in Denmark for Fastrup. Crafted from beautifully grained afromosia, the frames embody the quiet excellence of mid-century Danish design, where balance, material integrity, and measured proportions are paramount.

The armchairs have been thoughtfully reupholstered in a silky pink velvet by Pepe Peñalver. Its gentle sheen and refined softness introduce a subtle contemporary note, while remaining faithful to the spirit of the original design.
