Chair designed by Lucian Ercolani for the famous Ercol brand in the 1960s in Elm.
The set has two with armrests and two plain chairs.
These chairs were Ercol’s first edition of the famous English Windsor chair. In this edition, Lucian Ercolani dispensed with redundant elements and brought to light a chair with clean lines enhancing the beauty of elm wood.
These chairs come with a more contemporary finish; their old varnish has been removed to leave the waters of the elm wood grain bare, and thus, appreciate its chiaroscuro and the organized forms of the wood waters.
