We know you to love the pieces you buy from us. In the unusual event you receive an item that you are not fully satisfied with, you can return it within ten days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. 

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

If the product that you receive doesn’t meet with the description, it has been damaged in the transit or it is not the one you saw in the pictures, you have a legal right to withdraw and to return your purchase after you have received it. You only need to follow the next steps.

If the product arrives with damage due to the transit we will need evidence of the damage, so  please let the courier know you are taking photos as a proof of the damage was already done before arrival.

Returns must be made within 10 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.

The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.


The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.

The refund will star immediately your item has arrived to any of our premises within UK or in Spain. You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
