Reserve and Payments

Once you have selected the object and clarified with us all relevant details, we can reserve it and arrange payment and shipping. Payment can be done by bank transfer, cash or Paypal.

Shipping

Upon payment we will take responsibility for the delivery of the object in any part of the world, if it is possible. This service includes a quote for insurance and transportation costs. We work with a range of reputable transportation companies in the UK. From our base in Tideswell in the Peak District (UK) we can arrange for local deliveries. If you are based in Spain, please consult us as we have several distribution points in KBarquitectas in Bilbao and LaPrenderia in Zaragoza.

Returns

In the event that you wish to return an item, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please note that any refund will only be made on the purchase price, not on any additional shipping costs. The buyer will be responsible for all costs in returning the item. Any refund will only be made once the item has been returned and in the same condition under which it was sold and dispatched. Refunds will be made purely on a discretionary basis.

Of course you can also arrange for your own transport. In this case, please contact us to agree on a date/time for pick-up in Tideswell (Buxton).
