Description

This sideboard was made by A.H. McIntosh&Co Ltd in Scotland during the ’60s following a design by Tom Robertson. It belongs to his Dunfermline Collection, also known as Torpedo. It has plenty of storage, featuring three drawers (the top one with cutlery division), a two-door cabinet in the centre and a cocktail cabinet, which includes a pull-out tray covered in stylish black melamine.

The piece is in excellent condition, both structurally and aesthetically, after undergoing a full restoration it’s ready for a new life. It has been sanded and re-polished to enhance the beauty of its grain. There are some small marks from its old life on the left side, that persisted during the restoration process.
