Windsor dining extending table (Ercol)

Lucian Ercolani designed this table for Ercol in England in the ’60s. This is the Grand Windsor extending table model 444 Ercol made in the early ’60s.

The table is handcrafted from beautiful elm. Its feature is the beauty of the elmwood grain, which creates different lights, shapes, and tones, giving the table a stunning presence.

The table’s double extension can be folded and stored under the main top, making it effortless to accommodate more people.

Our professional restorer has wholly restored the table; it is sanded and finished with an extra-transparent varnish from the Italian Brand Renner that maintains its natural look without affecting or yellowing its finish. The table colours are the originals from the elmwood, and it contain some greens in the grain that are very stubborn and could not be removed in the sanded process.
