An original extending coffee table designed by Lucian Ercolani and handcrafted by Ercol in England during the 1960s.
Crafted from solid elm and beech, this iconic mid-century piece showcases Ercol’s renowned craftsmanship and the striking natural character of beautifully figured elm grain.
The table has been professionally and completely restored, then finished with a raw osmosis treatment that preserves and enhances the wood’s natural beauty. This finish allows the distinctive grain patterns to remain prominent while retaining the elm’s original pale golden colour and authentic tactile quality.
Both practical and elegant, the extending design offers versatility for everyday use while making a timeless statement in any interior.
