A beautiful set of six Mid-Century Danish dining chairs, designed by Henning Kjærnulf and manufactured in Denmark by Sorø Stolefabrik during the 1950s–60s. Crafted from solid oak, the chairs showcase the understated elegance and exceptional craftsmanship characteristic of traditional Danish furniture of the period.
The chairs have been fully restored by our team, with the structure carefully cleaned, checked and refinished to preserve the lime and natural character of the oak.
As the chairs are being prepared for their new life, the buyer has the opportunity to choose the upholstery fabric. We can offer a selection of fabrics and finishes, allowing the set to be tailored to suit your interior and personal taste.
The chairs are offered as a complete set of six, and the price shown is for the set of six chairs.

An exceptional pair of vintage 1960s “New Yorker” lounge chairs, designed by George Fejer and Eric Pamphilon for Guy Rogers and handcrafted in Liverpool, England. Renowned for their elegant proportions and outstanding craftsmanship, these iconic British Mid-Century Modern armchairs perfectly combine comfort with timeless design.
The chairs feature beautifully sculpted structural afromosia wood frames, celebrated for their rich colour, distinctive grain, and exceptional durability. Each frame has been professionally restored to enhance the natural beauty of the timber while preserving its authentic Mid-Century character. Presented in excellent condition, the chairs will be newly upholstered in your chosen fabric before dispatch.
As part of the restoration, the chairs are fitted with new Pirelli webbing seat supports, ensuring exceptional comfort and longevity while remaining faithful to the original construction.
To allow each customer to create a truly individual piece, we offer these chairs with bespoke upholstery. You may choose from a carefully curated selection of premium fabrics by Creation Baumann, high-performance upholstery by Spradling, or alternatively supply your own fabric for us to upholster the chairs to your exact specifications.
